For those wondering how the winner was selected, we decided to use an online tool called Random Line Picker by Text Mechanic at www.textmechanic.com , this tool allowed us to enter a list of all 'Likes' from the tdott.me - Toronto's Auto Blog & BMWCC Toronto Trillium Chapter Facebook pages. Then using a javacript method ('Math.random()' ) it chooses a line from the list copied over. It just so happens that the first 'Pick' was John Venditti Jr. the VP of BMW Toronto Trillium Chapter, who unfortunately had to be disqualified from the contest because he is a member of the board of directors and was not eligible to participate. The 2nd and 3rd 'Picks' were Facebook fans that did not participate in the contest. At that point we made a 4th selection and Tammy Hedden was drawn as a winner! Screenshot below.
